To make everything super fast and convenient, we now only offer an online ordering system. Don't worry, it's much faster and easier than ordering via telephone.
Simply select some gorgeous flowers, add them to your basket, provide the details where you want the flowers delivered and your own details. After that enter your payment details and you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. It's as simple as that!

Our Customer Service team are available via email from 08:00 until 16:30 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 until 14:30 on Saturday.
Can I include a personal message with my order?
Yes, of course!
You can choose to include your message on our free greeting card, or upgrade for a more personal card from our selection.
The gift message will be printed on a high-quality card and included with your order. You can get creative, as long as you stick to the 350 characters limit.
Can I send my order anonymously?
If you fancy being all mysterious, we're happy to play along and we promise not to reveal your identity to the recipient.
You've got our word – in law - as well as in good faith: for Data Protection purposes, all information provided by you when ordering is kept private.
All the recipient will see is be the greeting card message (if you choose to include one). We don't print your personal details anywhere on the box or on the promotional materials included.
In case the recipient will contact us asking who sent the flowers, we will let you know and you can decide whether you want to reveal your identity or not.
Can I place an order if I live outside the UK?
If the address for your flower delivery is in the UK, you can place your order from anywhere in the world.
Do you send flowers overseas?
Currently we only do deliveries to UK addresses.
Can I send a personalised bouquet design?
As an online florist, we are unable to offer a personalised design.
Our range of fabulous blooms only extends to the ones you see online on our website.

There is an endless spinning wheel when processing my payment

Can I specify a time for delivery?
If you would like for your flowers to arrive at a specific time during the day, you will need to select the guaranteed timed delivery option on the product page, which has an extra delivery charge.
If you send flowers with our standard free delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
Flowers sent with our standard free delivery can arrive anytime between 8am and 8pm on your selected day, on very busy periods like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day this can be even later.

Please be informed that during peak periods such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas, the volume of orders received by our suppliers may make it challenging to amend or cancel orders. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, it is important to note that it is highly probable that these changes may not be possible. We will provide a notification on our website regarding this matter.
Payment
How can I pay for my order?
That's very simple - just follow our three-step checkout system and enter your payment details in the last step.
Payments can be made by credit or debit card, Google Pay, Apply Pay or ClearPay.

The Pay With Card button is not working
This issue happens when the card details entered are not correct. When paying
by card, you need to enter the 16-digit long number on the front, then below
that, type the card expiry date in the Month/Year format. Then the final details
needed is the 3 digit CVV code, which can be located to the right of the signature
strip on the back of your card.
I am not receiving a 3D Secure code
The 3D secure code is sent through your bank’s applications, not through
Petals and Posies. If you have not received a code to your phone, then there are two
possible reasons.
You may be using someone else’s card, like a relative, partner or spouse.
Please use a card in your name as the 3d Secure code will be sent to the card
owners’ phone.
There is an issue with your banks 3D secure application process. Please
contact your bank and advise them that you are not receiving a 3D secure code
when trying to make a payment.
