I can't login, what can I do?
Experiencing issues logging into your Petals and Posies account? Don’t worry, follow these steps to resolve common login problems:
Verify Your Information:
Ensure that you have entered the correct login details. Your username is your email address. Double-check for any typos or errors in the email address and password fields
Outdated Email Address:
If you are using an old email address that you no longer have access to, you will need to create a new account. Please note that the order history from your previous account will not transfer to the new one.
Forgotten Password:
If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgotten password?' link on the login popup. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password and regain access to your account.
Check Your Email Settings:
Make sure you can receive emails from Petals and Posies. Sometimes, password reset emails might end up in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there as well.
Browser Issues:

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
If you no longer wish to receive our emails, and we take no offence if that's the case, simply scroll to the bottom of the email where you see the 'manage your subscriptions' link.
From that page, simply click on 'unsubscribe from all' and that's it!
If you change your mind in the future, you can come back to this preference center and subscribe again - or use the signup form on our homepage.
The above method works for newsletter subscriptions.
If you received an email that relates to your order, or other transactional communication, there may not be an Unsubscribe option. In that case please contact us to let us know that you want to be removed from all communications. Our friendly team will be happy to help you with that.
